4 STEPS TO SUCCESS BY SISTER SHIVANI

4 STEPS TO SUCCESS
Successful people there is only one second of tension and remaining all and all the seconds of work.
Step (1): Checking Our Speed
Whether in personal life or at the workplace, let us achieve everything in our capacity, at our pace and our needs. We are not in competition with anyone else. If a speed at which others are achieving is not comfortable for us, let us not increase ours just to go ahead of them.
Step (2): Overcoming Tendencies of Competition and Comparison
Competition and comparison are energy depleters. Comparison is often the result of competition and it becomes negative or self-harming. Let us check our own abilities and give our best consistently by focusing on our own journey. Looking at others will slow us down, create anxiety and reduce efficiency.
Step (3): Setting Smaller Goals and Milestones
Constantly focusing on a huge goal may seem like a burden and induce fear. It is helpful to break it down into smaller targets on a daily or weekly basis. Also, when we accomplish a small task by the end of the day/week, we can appreciate ourselves and celebrate success each time and be motivated to achieve the next one.
Step (4): Creating Happy Relationships
When we are very focused on a task, we do not pay attention to other things. We may not spend enough time with family, friends or have an active social life. Even if we are with them we may be irritable. Over a period this leads to conflicts and bitterness. Happy relationships lead to happy minds and lay the foundation for success.
